Effects of different drugs on EEG features.
All effects are calculated as differences between demographically and clinically matched groups (target drug, other drugs [one-vs-rest], and drug-naive groups), using ANOVA with FDR correction and Hedges’ g effect size, based on a hierarchical mixed-effects regression model in which medication class and year of EEG recording are included as dependent variables and hospital site is treated as a grouping variable.
The line plot shows all frequencies and the selected frequency is marked by a vertical guide.
Edge color encodes the difference (first group vs second group): red = positive, blue = negative.
